Ready to join? Membership in Civitan is open to anyone who is at least 18 years old and of good character. Dues are payable
annually ($140) or semi-annually (2 payments of $70 each). New members pay a one-time $35 initiation fee.
To apply for membership, give your completed Membership Application and check for the Initiation Fee and Membership Dues to any club member or mail it to:
